Suggest Home Remedies For Firm, Tender Bump On Labia

I have a firm tender bump about the size of a pea on my labia. I've had this before and was treated with an antibiotic. This is smaller and there is no redness. Are there any home remedies by chances that I can get this to go away without using antibiotics?
