Suggest Home Remedy For Painful Bumps On Upper Tailbone

Hi, i am frustrated.... i been to the dr. Twice in this concern. I have these bumps that are small appear on upper right side of tailbone just above my buttocks...within 2 days it progesses into puss, painful, and the size of a quarter. Been put on keflex since thursday and was told monday it would be better woke up saturday to find yet another bump coming in and today the same painful size as the other but hasnt popped yet...suggestions, home relief, anything?
