Suggest Home Remedy For White Circle Spots On Legs And Arms

Hi! My daughter who is 1 year old has white circle spots on her legs. It first started on her arms, then after few days it turned scaly and eventually faded, but after a while a spot appeared on her face, same thing happened. Now it's all over her legs and it much more than what she used to have on her arms. One more thing, these circle spots, when you look at it closely, it has little rashes that looks like it has water on it. Is there a home remedy for this?
