Hi Doctor, I need to prepone my period. I am supposed to get my period on the 29th. Am already eating papaya twice per day, spinach twice per day, carrots once per day, drinking ginger and turmeric at least twice per day.. Also avoiding completely salt in my food. I have recently been feeling very bloated with slight cramping pains.
