Suggest Home Remedy To Remove White Spots And Hair On Face

I have little hard white spots on my face, every time I try n get out I bleed real bad and leaves a whole in my face! I also grow lots facial hair in the areas I get them. My question is what is it and what can I do cheap at home to take care of it, because its like I feel them show up and can t leave alone? I guess because I can t afford it I won t know!!!! Thanx!
