Suggest Hormone Therapy To Be Taken Post Bilateral Oophrectomy

Hello, I recently had a bilateral oophrectomy . My sex life was always good. I am a gusher in bed, Im hoping that this continue without no ovaries. Do this effect (gushing, squirting) comes from the ovaries or another part of thr reproductive system? Since I have no ovaries, tht means no estrogen, right ? Of, course I will still climax, but I dont wont to take hormone replacement, but was seeking other advice
