Suggest Ideal Dosage Of Alfalog When Having Creatinine Level Of 2.5

Sir I am a CKD patient. 40 years age and identified CKD before 5 years. From that time I am using alfalog10 tablets per day..I havent undergone dialysis yet. My creat inine level is 2,5 . shpoul i continue with the same dosage? is ther any side effect of this medicine bcoz of continuous use?
