Suggest If Irregular Sex Or Unfulfilled Sex Urge Cause Cysts In Ovaries

hi i'm 26 years old and have multiple cysts in my ovaries 4 which i was treated once but they developed again...i'm not married and have had sex with my fiance 3 to 4 times since last 2 years...my doc told me that irregular sex is also a cause of these cysts..he said that sexual urge also causes cysts when it is not fulfilled...is that true? or should i change my doctor? reply please...
