Suggest If The Flat Flesh Area Above The Glans Of Penis Is Warts And Medication For It

hi.im 20 years old and its been 2 weeks since i have noticed a flat flesh area above the glans of my penis and im wondering if its genital warts or lichen nitidus.Other symptomes that i have is itching at the genitalis specialy at night. Moreover ,im sure that i also have pearly penile papilus and fordyce spots , but this small flat flesh spot worries me . Could it be wrats at the early stage ? should i visit a dermatologist ? thanks .
