Suggest Medical Tips For Birth Control

Hi, I started taking a birth control pill 2 weeks ago, so I know it's not effective yet. I had a condom break, so I plan on taking a morning after pill, but I wanted to know how that's going to effect the normal birth control. Will I have to start it over again? Or can I continue taking it regularly?
