Suggest Medication For 2 Degree Burn On Face

I had an accident and got "fireliquid" all over my face and got 2 degree burn damage to my skin, It has been healing now for almost two weeks and is light pink without any sign of infection. I am only using vaseline as my doctor orded and cleanse it 2 times/day. My question is; Approximatley how long until I can start using my regular face cream? When can I start using make up?
