Suggest Medication For MS Related Peripheral Neuropathy

I have MS related peripheral neuropathy. Tramadol is better that opiates for what once seemed to be obvious reasons. Medical Marijuana is not yet professional enough for me to pay into it. What is the best course of action? I have been using Tramadol for over ten years now and often take 10 (PCP) consent-12, 50mg tabs a day. Do you have an opinion on this matter?
