Suggest Medication For PTTD

I wear a Richie brace but I cant stand it. I had to buy a much larger shoe size to be able to use it. now when I walk I cant put my foot flat on the ground. it hurts too much I tend to walk with my heal and my toes on the air. am I doing something wrong I was diagnosed with pttd and have flat feet.....can u give any advise,thank you .....in pain
