Suggest Medication For A Blocked Ear

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...i get a blocked ear , have had sinus MRI and head MRA which all tests are -ve and sinus has been ruled out. i hear alot of crunching in my neck but no pain. could this blocked ear be caused by arthritis?
