Suggest Medication For A Pain On The Foreskin

i am 28 yr man.i had never pulled my foreskin back.My pennis was uncircumcised.Recently i was having some foreplay with girl friend and without inserting my pennis with some oral action my foreskin slipped back.Since then i am having pain.There is also a ring type pumkin formed around the end of head of pennis.There seems to be some watery fluid inside.Neither it getting burst.It difficult to walk and sleep.Please suggest
