Suggest Medication For A Plugged Feeling In The Ear

I have had a plugged feeling in my right ear for about a month. I visited my family doctor and she gave me a round of antibiotics after stating the ear had some fluid in it. After taking the medicine, I still have the plugged feeling. It has felt itchy at times and I've found some natural ear drops at a health food store and I have put some in the ear, but there has not been relief. I do not have health insurance, so I've been hoping it would just work itself out, however it is still here and not budging.
