Suggest Medication For A Problem On The Toenail

Hi, i lost a toenail about 5 or 6 years ago now on my big toe, as it was very thick and quite loose and i eventually walked into something and it came off, then it grew back, thick again and only attatched from bottom half of nail lenght, so it ended up getting ripped off again and now its grown back and is going that way again, its hardly growing in lenght anymore but is thick and getting a little loose.
