Suggest Medication For A Rash On The Chest

I had triple negative cancer in lower left quadrant of left breast last year..had lumpectomy, chemo and radio therapy. I have developed a red rash on the same breast on upper right quadrant spreading slightly to lower right quadrant, breast is swollen and have some discomfort
