Suggest Medication For A Recurring Rash

hi i have had a reacurring rash now that starts in the same palces every time and begins as small pimples which then within a day form a blotch, similar to that of a sunburn non itchy. it has carried on for two years nearly once every month, its now with night sweats and a flu like feeling with achy joints have you heard of anything like this before? thanks
