Suggest Medication For A Red Spot On The Foreskin

Hi, I'm 19 and for the past couple months or so I've noticed this dark reddish spot on my foreskin. It's about 1-2mm in size and doesn't hurt, itch or anything. It's slightly raised and if I rub it the dark red sometimes disappears for a few seconds before 'filling' up again. I'm quite worried.
