Suggest Medication For A Scratch Caused By A Metal Door

last night my child scratched with metal door ,whether tetanus has to be given immediately .she is 4 years old ,tetanus vaccination has given to her.i want make sure whether now tetanus has to be given for this scratch.
it was scratched very little ,blood is not bleeding too much but it just appears thats it,now she has itchy on that , her tetanus vaccination schudule is there again this month.i have not given tetanus for this scratch is it ok.
