Suggest Medication For A Swelling On The Foreskin

i cant pull my foreskin back it is too swollen and sore, it hurts when i pee because the pee goes against the sore redness on my foreskin i really need help because it hurts too much to pee i need to get in bath where the warm water allows me to pull it back just far enough so i can pee without it touching the soreness. Ive had salt bath put ice on it, please help.
