Suggest Medication For A Swollen Kidney

hi my aunty is suffering from fever and she her stomach is also pain g verry badly. after consulting doctor she request us to take sonography. i the report itz show g us one kidney is small and other is kidney has swelling. so can you please help with the specialist doctor . and were to concern that doctor. thanks.
