Suggest Medication For A Tender Foreskin

Hi. I have a chronic red, tender foreskin which aches and can become very tender. It's worse at different times and sometimes becomes quite red and inflamed looking, however at other times looks fairly normal although never feels comfortable. It has not responded to creams and I have been with the same woman for years so seems highly unlikely it's been something that's transmitted. Have had it for months and it's driving me crazy. No other symptoms.
