Suggest Medication For A Wound On The Stomach

yes i had a mole removed from my stomach which was just on the border of a scar i have on my stomach from birth and i had the mole cut off and burned closed on the 12th jan 2011 and i was wondering when it will heal or if its infected, i applied savlon to it everyday and put a wound cover on it to prevent infection but yesterday the scab came off and the wound looks all fleshy and open again im pretty worried
