Suggest Medication For Abscesses And Itchy Rashes Caused From Allergy

I have several abscesses on my arms and legs and yesterday when walking my dog, I got poison oak/ivy. I am apparently highly allergic to it because it has spread all over including IN the abscesses. So what over the counter medication should I purchase to remedy this? Thank you
