Suggest Medication For Acne

hi my name is ahmad and for the last five years i have been suffering from acne problem there are lots of acne on my face and my back also the coluor of my face has turned red i drink lots of water i have tried many medicines but now i am fed up of all those antibiotics prscribed by different doctors could you please prescribe me some real medicine that would be more than a favour my age is 23
