Suggest Medication For Acute Bronchitis Causing Dizziness

I have been ill with acute bronchitis for three weeks. This afternoon I experienced considerable dizziness. Have made an appt with Otolarangologist. Diagnosed with heart failure with 35 ejection fraction. Live in Ann Arbor MI. I m concerned about dizziness. What do you advice? Thanks Mike James
