Suggest Medication For An Allergy Causing Rashes

Hi, I am having allergy issue since last 4-5 days. I have red rashes with my body. Rashes looks as if it is a cut (Straight line) with burning sensation. In 2008 I was hospitalized due to high allergy and had fever for 10 days. Can you please assist me how can I get treatment for my allergy issue
