Suggest Medication For An Ear Infection

hi i am 24 been on the implant for about 16 months i recently had a very bad ear infect an was put on antibiotics whilst on these i had intercourse with my partner and i have not had a period since this was in november and i am usually regular i have took pregnancy tests and they are showing negitave results but my boobs are saw and my nipples cracking can the implant change the test results x
