Suggest Medication For Anal Fissure Healing

hi i am 27yrs male suffering from post void pain in anal region for 1 week.i went dermatologist he prescribed me antibiotics,anovate cream ,isabgul husk.......i completed my antibiotic course should i take anovate for local application since i feel relief after taking it......should i need to apply any more ointment for anal fissure healing?
