Suggest Medication For Bald Patches On Head And Beard

2 months back i observed that hair started missing from certain areas of my head leaving behind a hairless patch on my head..i also observed the same in my beard..a patch appeared and hair is missing..I also have hair fall problem even though no body in my family has this problem..can you please tell me about the problem? and also ways to stop hairfall or any medicine to stop it? (i believe its because of lack of nutrients etc)
