Suggest Medication For Black Patches And Pigmentation On Chest, Face And Back

hi, i have a pigmentation on my chest, face and back..it appears in dark patches. i recently visited a dermatologist here in lusaka zambia that prescribed melacare , iv used it for over a week now and my skin has severely peeled, the spots are not reducing infact they seem darker and the creme seems to have made me unevenly light on my face...please help
