Suggest Medication For Bleeding In The Nasal Membranes

I started taking Instaflex about 1and 1/2 months ago. It's the only thing new I have added to a couple of suppliments. No real drugs. I am not taking the recommended dosage 3/day, just 1/day. I have noticed an irritation/some slight bleeding of my nasal membranes. I have had this problem when I have had fever blisters in the area but this is not the same. I was wondering if this may have surfaced as a problem in some people. Otherwise, Instaflex has made me feel better over all. I have backed off of the dose taking 1 every other day. I might add I am sensitive to drugs having had a reaction to Lexapro. Any comments. Thanks
