Suggest Medication For Blemishes Due To Pimples

Hello Sir...I am 18 year old guy....and i usually come across seeing a pimple on my face...which in result always left a black mark on the skin...can u please tell me the cream or a tablet...which could help me...whatever the cost is..money is not a big issue..THANK YOU SIR...
