Suggest Medication For Blisters On The Hand

all my fingers on both hands are covered in blisters that are very itchy they are very red cracked and will start to bleed the knuckle on my left index finger is swollen about 4 times orginal size and I can not bend it also have blisters on palms of my hands this is very painful any ideas and what could be wrong with me?
