Suggest Medication For Blockage And Bleeding Of Nose

Nose bleeding - my nose usually blocks and when I blow it, I start bleeding and especially at night it blocks very heavily. please advice I have a problem with infertility. Sorry i dont have a visa card how can I pay if not using the cards, please advice.
