Suggest Medication For Bruise And Numbness In Arm And Bicep Due To Injury

I was lifting a heavy object with my left arm and my right bicep basically isolated. I heard an incredible pop and lost feeling in my arm. I was unable to straighten it. I see a space between my elbow and the inside part of my bicep that wasn t there...it s just mush. I have severe bruising on the inside of my forearm. If completely tore the tendon, why can I not straighten my arm? Is the stiff arm and bruising consistent with a rupture?
