Suggest Medication For Bruise And Pain In Head After An Injury

hello i got punched in my head 3 weeks ago and had bruised now for the last 3 days the other side of my head which i wasent punched hurts like painful headaches and when i move my eye up and down and from side to side i get a sharp pain i have taking nurofen all days today the ammount prescibed to take, it has taken the hasrhness of the pain away but the pain is still alittle bit their, i went to the doctors and they said i just got migrains am worried now can you help??
