Suggest Medication For Bruise On Face And Lump On Forehead Due To A Fall

over 4 weeks ago I had a massive fall on me head and struck the ground above my eye.I had bruises all over my eyes and nose and forehead,this has mostly gone.The original lump was as big as an orange but now is as small as a large cherry-its still very sore.I was rushed to hospital but had to wait too long for an xray so not sure of what injury I have,I have not had any painkillers or headaches or sickness just visual facial symptoms.How long will the lump last?
