Suggest Medication For Burning And Tingling Sensation In Foot

I have had severe burning and tingling in my right foot in front of the last 4 toes for 2 weeks. It is like , burn& tingle&sparse and continues all the time to the point I cannot sleep. I have an l4 /5 S1 fusion. Have had dura spreading with my last surgery and my nerve endings are stuck to the dura. Is there anything that will enable me to get some sleep? YYYY@YYYY
