Suggest Medication For Chest Congestion And Nasal Drip

I went swimming and i guess the chlorine was high or something. But i picked up a cold. My chest feels blocked i have running nore. I have been coughing phlegm. I have atarted taking bro zedex exporant to ease this. Is there anything else that i shud be taking? Like an anti biotic or something?
