Suggest Medication For Chest Pain Due To Cough And Fever

I have been sick since Tuesday....headache, chills, no energy. Has turned into a very rattlely cough that is nonproductive. But when I cough it is like a spasm cough and painful deep in chest. Not painful otherwise. I now have a fever of 100. Really don t want antibiotic unless absolutely necessary.
