Suggest Medication For Chronic Cough,headache And Body Pain

I am having some symptoms and I don t know what it could mean i have. The symptoms i am having is a really bad cough where it sounds really deep into my lungs and I have been having really bad body aches and headaches and i have been expericing nausea and fevers and been really tired and exhausted and my stomach has been hurting me a lot where i have been experceing diaherra and upset stomach and nausea and it s been hurting and making it where i don t want to eat.
