Suggest Medication For Chronic Hives

I am 23 years old lady, 5.1 feet tall and weigh 55 kgs. I am suffering from chronic hives. Shall Rupanex along with Omnacortill help in relieving me from the symptoms? I have taken Allegra - 120 mg but it is not working and the hives rae coming back. Please help
