Suggest Medication For Chronic Pain In A Person With History Of Lower Back Surgery

I m looking for alternative pain relief , since my doctor quit his practice after 20 yrs. I can t find a pain management facility that will see me w/out insurance and with the new health laws in Kentucky no GP will write pain medicine , I ve had lower back surgery, neck surgery. Fusion c5/6 & c6/7 ,& have bulging LA need some relief, this is ridiculous. Any advice ?
