Suggest Medication For Chronic Paronychia Complications

hi i ma suffering from chronic paronychia from last 2 years ..it started with one fingure and spread to next on my left hand i had 2 incision also..whcih has given me some relief to my one fingure...other one is till having some puus comming out...can us suggest me some drugs as i have already had augmenting 625 form 11 days BD....and i am using T bact on regular basis...
