Suggest Medication For Clumpy Odourless White Discharge After Having Paragard IUD

i got the paragard iud about 1 month and 1/2 ago and lately ive been having clumpy white thick discharge,odorless, but sometimes itching..around the area ive had discharge before but not like this and i always have yeast infections but ive taken pills prescribed for me but nothing works. is the iud causing this?
