Suggest Medication For Clusters Of Dark Red Spots Inside The Lower Leg

I am traveling in Europe from the U. S., currently in Paris. After coming back from a nightclub and getting undressed I noticed clusters of small dark red spots on the insides of my lower leg/ankle area. They do not itch, are not scabed or painful. I was not wearing socks that covered the area. I have been walking more than normal, but the spots were not there when i got dressed around 7 pm, but were there when I undressed a few hours later. Does this seem a cause for concern?
