Suggest Medication For Cold, Cough And Fever In A Toddler

My daughter is 3 yrs old....she has countinues cough, cold from past 4-5 day...n from past 2 days she is having fever too.....I m giving her stexo cold for cold...initially I gave calpol 250 for fever n then started with Ibugesic..as prescribed by the doctor... The fever has reduced now...bt the cold n cough continues....pls subscribe a correct medicine for cough cold n fever...
